Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable access to an appropriate personal vehicle
- Current personal automobile insurance
- Smartphone with reliable calling, texting, GPS, and mobile data
- Professional communication and customer service
- Reliable attendance and timely status updates
- Ability to follow delivery instructions
- Respect for confidential and sensitive information
- Clean and professional vehicle presentation
- Willingness to complete additional screening or onboarding if selected
Preferred
- Courier or delivery experience
- Medical courier experience
- Experience with pharmacies, labs, clinics, medical offices, or healthcare vendors
- Familiarity with route applications and proof-of-delivery workflows
- Flexible weekday, evening, weekend, or on-call availability
Prior HIPAA training is not required to apply. Applicants selected for certain medical assignments may be required to complete applicable onboarding and privacy/HIPAA training before receiving those assignments.

Medical courier experience is preferred for some opportunities but may not be required for every delivery type. Applicants with general courier, delivery, rideshare, or professional driving experience are welcome to apply.
